As a certified Urban Enterprise Zone business, Happy Tree Farmacy charges just 3.3125% sales tax on non-cannabis products — accessories, rolling papers, grinders, apparel, and branded merch. That's half the standard 6.625% rate. (Note: NJ law requires all cannabis products to be taxed at the full state rate regardless of UEZ status.)
